Scallion Pancakes
With a crispy exterior and layers of scallion paste in the middle, this unleavened bread is undeniably delicious! With only a few ingredients, these flavorful pancakes are a filling snack or side that doesn’t cost a lot to make.
Longevity Noodles with Shrimp
Longevity noodles are served during special celebrations, especially for birthdays and Chinese New Year! The longer the noodles, the better, as that represents a long life. These noodles are long, slightly chewy, and delicious. The dark sauce has a depth of flavors and perfectly compliments the noodle & shrimp. Topped with spicy chili crunch, it adds an extra layer of flavor, however you can control the spice level to your personal preference!
Red Beans & Rice
Red beans and rice is such a cozy dish that fills the house with the best aroma, while the beans simmer on the stove, and then warms your belly with every delicious bite. This comforting recipe uses dried red kidney beans, creole seasoning, the southern holy trinity of celery, onions, and bell peppers, andouille sausage, and U.S.-grown long grain white rice.
Chocolate Turtle Candy
The perfect Holiday Candy does exist and it’s in the form of these homemade chocolate turtles! Filled with rich caramel and toasted pecans, then dipped in delicious melted chocolate and lightly sprinkled with salt flakes, who could resist?! It’s the best homemade gift to make and give to family & friends!
Snowman Cake Pops
These snowman cake pops are the perfect treat to get your family in the Holiday mood. They are so cute and my favorite part is, they don’t have to look perfect, let it be a melting or textured snowman. It’s okay! Made with delicious leftover vanilla cupcakes, these snowman cake pops couldn’t be any easier.
Citrus Sangria
This citrus sangria is a crowd pleaser! It has a light and bright flavor from the citrus fruit that makes it so refreshing and tasty. It’s the perfect balance of tart from the grapefruit and a hint of sweet from the orange. Although citrus fruit is often found in summertime drinks, I always like to serve them during the winter holidays too! Especially since we could all use an extra dose of vitamin C during that time.
Cola Pot Roast
This cola pot roast is loaded with flavor from the overnight marinade, veggies, and slow cooked beef! It’s such a comforting meal that leaves you full and happy! Serve over buttered noodles with a nice red wine and you’ve got a classic Sunday dinner that looks just as spectacular as it tastes.
Zesty BBQ Chex Party Mix
This chex party mix has a little kick with hot sauce and lots of BBQ flavor! It makes for the perfect snack to set out for guests to nibble on, after school, game nights / movie nights, tailgating, road trips and the holidays.
Peppermint White Hot Chocolate (Spiked and Non Spiked Versions)
This hot white chocolate is flavored with either peppermint vodka for an alcoholic version or peppermint extract for a non-alcoholic version, is super creamy and topped with whipped cream, crushed candy canes, and mini marshmallows. It’s a great seasonal drink that’s so easy to make and perfect to cozy up with by the fireplace!
Pecan Honey Whiskey Pie
Pecan pie, but make it with a twist? Okay, done! I’ve added honey whiskey to the filling and it’s truly the chefs kiss to these individual pecan pies! It adds a hint of flavor that makes all the difference, but isn’t overpowering. With a flaky, buttery crust and a gooey pecan packed filling, you need these pies on your Thanksgiving dessert table.
All Butter Pie Dough
The key components to a great pie crust for me are: flaky, tender, crispy on the outside, and a buttery flavor. Well this recipe right here, checks off all the boxes, making it my favorite all butter pie crust!
Sweet Potato Casserole
This sweet potato casserole is a side dish but taste more like a dessert! With an indulgent sweet potato filling and candied pecan topping, this dish needs to be on your Thanksgiving table.
Cranberry Brie Bites
These cranberry brie bites are filled with creamy brie cheese, sweet and tart cranberry sauce, crispy onion pieces, and a hint of rosemary. It’s a flavor bomb in every bite! They are an elegant hors d’oeuvre that is great for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, or any Holiday party but the best part is you can make them in under 15 minutes!
Green Bean Casserole with Onion Rings
Green bean casserole is a classic dish that’s often served on the Thanksgiving table! This green bean casserole has a freshness to it with the use of fresh green beans, a surprise element with onion rings, and the same classic taste that we all adore.
Pepper Jelly Spread
All you need are two ingredients to make the pepper jelly spread + crackers, that’s it! You can make it in under one minute and it’s the perfect appetizer to throw together for Thanksgiving & Christmas get togethers. Believe me it’s a crowd favorite and everyone will absolutely love it!

Tuna Casserole
Tuna casserole is such a classic dish! Served hot and made with pantry staples, this casserole is always a cozy and comforting meal - it’s just so nostalgic! I’ve upgraded the traditional tuna casserole with pasta, extra vegetables, and chips on top.
Creamy Tortellini and Kielbasa
Creamy Tortellini and Kielbasa is such an easy and delicious dinner! The best part about this recipe is the simple ingredients! The butter and half & half make this light and delicious cream sauce that pulls all the brown bits off the bottom of the pan from the cooked sausage. The tortellini stuffed with cheese adds this awesome element in every bite, along with the freshness of the veggies. It’s just a true comfort meal in a pan!!
