Peppermint White Hot Chocolate (Spiked and Non Spiked Versions)
Spiked or Non Spiked Peppermint Hot White Chocolate! This hot white chocolate is flavored with either peppermint vodka for an alcoholic version or peppermint extract for a non-alcoholic version, is super creamy and topped with whipped cream, crushed candy canes, and mini marshmallows. It’s a great seasonal drink that’s so easy to make and perfect to cozy up with by the fireplace!
My children love hot chocolate and always request it on snowy days, especially if they just got done playing outside in the snow. This peppermint hot white chocolate is such an awesome way to switch things up and it feels like the holidays in a cup!

1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
4 to 6 ounces peppermint vodka

Once the white chocolate is completely melted and incorporated into the milk transfer to a tea pot or container with a spout. Add in the vodka or peppermint extract. Stir again and serve with whipped cream, crushed candy canes, whole candy canes and mini marshmallows.
See above note* on how to make one pot of hot white chocolate and add the peppermint to individual cups based on preference / making for families
This citrus sangria is a crowd pleaser! It has a light and bright flavor from the citrus fruit that makes it so refreshing and tasty. It’s the perfect balance of tart from the grapefruit and a hint of sweet from the orange. Although citrus fruit is often found in summertime drinks, I always like to serve them during the winter holidays too! Especially since we could all use an extra dose of vitamin C during that time.
