Pepper Jelly Spread

This it the easiest appetizer to throw together! We have it every Thanksgiving and for Christmas get togethers and at the end of the night, there’s never any leftovers, everyone devours it. My mom has been whipping it together as long as I can remember and it’s always a hit. All you need are two ingredients to make the pepper jelly spread + crackers, that’s it! Plus you can make it in under a minute! I mean if that doesn’t check off all the prerequisites, than I don’t know what does lol!

Pepper Jelly Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 block cream cheese, room temperature

  • 1 jar of pepper jelly

Instructions

  • On a platter place cream cheese in the middle and pour pepper jelly over the top. Serve with crackers
