Deviled eggs are one of my favorite foods to eat at family gatherings! With these deviled eggs we are using the element of surprise and kickin’ it up a notch by frying them. The crispy fried exterior on the hard boiled egg goes so well with the creamy filling and bacon & chive topping!
Tips:
Can I make the fried deviled eggs ahead of time? Some of it! You can make the hard boiled eggs a couple days in advance. Then scoop out the yolk and make the filling the night before. Do not fry the hard boiled egg halves until it is time to serve or bring them somewhere
