Cranberry Brie Bites
These cranberry brie bites are filled with creamy brie cheese, sweet and tart cranberry sauce, crispy onion pieces, and a hint of rosemary. It’s a flavor bomb in every bite! They are an elegant hors d’oeuvre that is great for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, or any Holiday party but the best part is you can make them in under 15 minutes! It’s the appetizer that looks like you put in a lot of work, but really didn’t!
Cranberry Brie Bites
Ingredients
1 package frozen phyllo dough mini shells
Brie cheese
1 jar cranberry sauce
Crispy fried onion pieces
Dried rosemary
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. On a parchment lined baking sheet, place phyllo dough shells and fill them with a chunk of brie cheese, about 1/2 tbsp. Bake for 7-10 minutes of until brie cheese is melted and shells are golden brown. Remove from oven
Layer a dollop of cranberry sauce on top of the brie cheese, then add some crispy fried onion pieces and a light sprinkle of dried rosemary. I like to serve with the remaining brie cheese and cranberry sauce on the side to enjoy with crackers too
