Cranberry Brie Bites

These cranberry brie bites are filled with creamy brie cheese, sweet and tart cranberry sauce, crispy onion pieces, and a hint of rosemary. It’s a flavor bomb in every bite! They are an elegant hors d’oeuvre that is great for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, or any Holiday party but the best part is you can make them in under 15 minutes! It’s the appetizer that looks like you put in a lot of work, but really didn’t!

Cranberry Brie Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen phyllo dough mini shells

  • Brie cheese

  • 1 jar cranberry sauce

  • Crispy fried onion pieces

  • Dried rosemary

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. On a parchment lined baking sheet, place phyllo dough shells and fill them with a chunk of brie cheese, about 1/2 tbsp. Bake for 7-10 minutes of until brie cheese is melted and shells are golden brown. Remove from oven

  • Layer a dollop of cranberry sauce on top of the brie cheese, then add some crispy fried onion pieces and a light sprinkle of dried rosemary. I like to serve with the remaining brie cheese and cranberry sauce on the side to enjoy with crackers too
