3 Ingredient Bruschetta Pasta
Bruschetta is mostly made up of tomatoes, basil, vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. You can definitely make your own bruschetta for this recipe, which I always encourage, fresh & homemade is always best. But sometimes it’s not possible and we need shortcuts. If you’re low on time and in need of a super quick lunch or dinner, buying pre-made bruschetta works out well, it’s basically an open and dump together recipe! Plus there’s only 3 items you need to buy.
Pasta: I like using bowtie pasta, but use any pasta shape you’d like just make sure to salt the water well when boiling
Bruschetta: I personally love the bruschetta from Trader Joe’s in the refrigerated section, but use whatever you like most. If possible try to buy a bruschetta with fresh ingredients
Parmesan Cheese: Grated parmesan cheese give this meal a nice salty, savory flavor

This citrus sangria is a crowd pleaser! It has a light and bright flavor from the citrus fruit that makes it so refreshing and tasty. It’s the perfect balance of tart from the grapefruit and a hint of sweet from the orange. Although citrus fruit is often found in summertime drinks, I always like to serve them during the winter holidays too! Especially since we could all use an extra dose of vitamin C during that time.
