Easter Brunch Board
Easter is right around the corner and what better way to serve your guests than with this easy brunch board! I like to prepare this board in the morning and place it back into the refrigerator until it’s time to serve. That way right before guests arrive I can pull it, saving me from the last minute preparation rush! It’s the perfect appetizer to serve drinks with, while you chat and finish up the main course. Feel free to mix different veggies and proteins to your liking!
Easter Brunch Board
Ingredients
Thinly Sliced Smoke Salmon
Smoked Salmon Fillet
Crackers
Plain Yogurt
Carrots
Radishes
Cauliflower
Dill
Chives
Capers
Cream cheese - optional
Instructions
1. Heat the smoked salmon fillet in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until warmed through
2. Add capers to a bowl and plan yogurt to another bowl. Grab a large serving platter and arrange the veggies in place first then add in the bowls filled with capers and plain yogurt. Once you have that arranged, layer in the smoked salmon fillets and thinly sliced smoked salmon. Place dill and chives around the edge to garnishes and fill in all empty spots with crackers
3. Optional - I also like to assemble some crackers with yogurt, smoked salmon, dill, and capers to demonstrate the combination to everyone. This can make it easier for your guest to visualize what they can combine together as well
Made with a whole box of fruity crispy rice cereal - there’s beautiful pops of purple and orange in every bite, a whole bag of mini marshmallows, some butter, and sweetened condensed milk. Believe me, it’s so hard to eat just one! They’re a perfect treat to bring to a family gathering, over to a friend’s house for a sweet surprise, or a lunch box treat.
