Sausage, Egg, and Cheese pinwheels
Ingredients
1 lb frozen pizza dough or homemade pizza dough
6 eggs, cooked and scrambled
1/2 lb bulk sausage, cooked and crumbled
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 green onions, sliced with white & green parts separated
8 ounces cheddar jack cheese, shredded
2 tbsp flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. On a piece of parchment paper spoon out some flour and spread it around. Form pizza dough into a 9x13 rectangle. Spread softened cream cheese onto the pizza dough, leaving a 1 inch boarder around the perimeter. Layer on scrambled eggs, crumbled sausage and evenly top with 3/4ths of the shredded cheddar jack cheese and the white parts of the green onions
Using parchment paper, tightly roll the dough longways like a cinnamon roll. Gently press the middle to seal the dough together. Slice the roll into 7 pieces and place into a cast iron skillet, leaving room between the pieces. Top with the remaining cheddar jack cheese
Bake in a 425 preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Top with green parts of the green onion and enjoy
These chocolate chip banana streusel muffins have a moist banana muffin base, lots of chocolate chips sprinkled in, and a streusel oat mixture on top. They are so good and smell amazing when baking!
