What do you do when you buy a gallon of guava nectar juice at Costco and your neighbor generously gives you peaches? You make frozen juice cubes and add it to your prosecco!! These guava peach bellinis are super easy to make and so refreshing in the hot summer weather. All you have to do is dice a peach, add it to an ice tray, top with guava juice and freeze! Pour Prosecco over frozen juice cubes and BOOM you have a summer bellini that stays cool longer!!
These frozen juice cubes are the perfect addition to prosecco because it can keep your drink cold longer wtihout watering it down! Instead it infuses the prosecco with lots of delicious fruity flavor. Keep these frozen juice cubes in your freezer all summer long and add them to sparkling water for a refreshing mocktail too!

This citrus sangria is a crowd pleaser! It has a light and bright flavor from the citrus fruit that makes it so refreshing and tasty. It’s the perfect balance of tart from the grapefruit and a hint of sweet from the orange. Although citrus fruit is often found in summertime drinks, I always like to serve them during the winter holidays too! Especially since we could all use an extra dose of vitamin C during that time.
