Cheesy Artichoke Dip

In need of a super easy, minimum ingredient, crazy delicious appetizer this Holiday season? That doubles as the perfect game day dip?! Look no further, we’ve got you covered with this cheesy artichoke dip! It’s the BEST dip and comes together in a snap, literally in 2 easy steps! This is my Mom’s recipe that I grew up on. College football game day, the artichoke dip was ready. Christmas Eve food spread, the artichoke dip was ready. With only 2 steps, kids can help make this dip too, under adult supervision! It’s a nostalgic recipe that I hope you love as much as we do!

Step 1:

In a bowl, mix together artichokes, parmesan cheese, mayo, garlic, black pepper, Tony Chachere's creole seasoning (optional), and jalapeño (if desired, you can also add more or less to your preferred heat tolerance)

STEP 2:

Spoon mixture into a ceramic or glass baking dish, smooth the top and place into a preheat oven at 400 degrees F. Bake for about 15 minutes or until top is slightly brown and dip is bubbly. Serve with bread or crackers and top with parsley!
