These guava peach bellinis are super easy to make and so refreshing in the hot summer weather. All you have to do is dice a peach, add it to an ice tray, top with guava juice and freeze! Pour Prosecco over frozen juice cubes and BOOM you have a summer bellini that stays cool longer!!

Guava Peach Bellini

Ingredients

• 1 bottle prosecco

• 1 peach, diced

• guava nectar juice

Instructions

• Place diced peaches into an ice cube tray and fill ice cube tray to top with guava juice. Set tray into freezer and freeze overnight. Remove guava and peach juice ice cubes out of the tray and add a couple frozen juice cubes into a champagne glass and top with prosecco
