Fig, Goat Cheese, Prosciutto Bites
In need of an elevated appetizer?! These fig, goat cheese, prosciutto bites are for YOU!! They are creamy, tangy, sweet, crispy, and salty in every bite. They come together so quickly, making a great everyday snack but also are fancy enough to be a perfect hors d'oeuvre for cocktail or dinner parties!
Figs: I use organic fresh black figs, they are sweet and have a nice texture to hold firm for this appetizer
Goat Cheese: I like to use jalapeño and honey chevre goat’s milk cheese for a little bit of a spicy kick, you can find this at Trader Joe’s, but any chevre flavor will work well
Prosciutto: Sliced thin, this Italian meat gives a nice salty and crispy texture after baked
